Who we are
A kitchen you come back to
We built Cafe Loren Kitchen for the cook who wants recipes that work, tools worth keeping, and teaching that respects their time.

Why we started
Cooking should feel like an invitation, not a test. We were tired of recipes that fell apart the moment you followed them, and of gear reviews written by people who had never used the thing. So we built a kitchen of our own: a library of recipes we actually test, a store of tools we actually cook with, and a membership that keeps us honest, because we answer to the people cooking from the site and no one else.
How we work
Every recipe is cooked at least three times by three different people before it earns a place here. The tools in our store are chosen and tested by hand, and anything that does not pull its weight goes back. We write in plain language, we skip the noise, and we treat your time and your trust as the whole point.

The team
The people behind the pass
Marco Devlin
Founder & Head of Recipes
Marco spent fifteen years on restaurant lines before deciding the best cooking writing belonged in home kitchens. He leads recipe development and still tests most dishes himself.
Priya Anand
Culinary Director
Priya builds our teaching approach, turning kitchen instinct into words a first-time cook can follow. She has a soft spot for pantry meals and proper seasoning.
Sofia Marchetti
Test Kitchen Lead
Sofia runs the third-pass test that every recipe has to survive. If a step is unclear, she is the one who catches it before you do.
James Okafor
Head of Kitchen Store
James chooses every tool we sell, cooks with all of it, and sends back anything that does not earn its place on the pass.
Elena Rossi
Member Support Lead
Elena makes sure members get answers fast and feel looked after. She reads every note that comes through support.
